We have two small dogs we live in the RV with. There are two families here in this small campground who allow their dogs to run free. They are constantly muddy and making our dogs bark. The rules say all dogs must be on a leash, but it is those who don't obey the rules that cause the problem. Loved your article by the way. Good advice.
