I did it!
I created an account in Substack, figured out how to create my own travel newsletter, and wrote my first welcome post.
I am proud of myself and excited to see where it will go. I would love it if my readers here on Medium would go check it out and subscribe. For now, it is free. I will probably post most of my travel articles and stories there and keep Medium for my Drabbles, Challenges, and rants.
Yes, the photo is me and Rich. We were in Chicago at Navy Pier several years ago and one of those artists talked us into getting ourselves drawn. Oh my gosh, she did a wonderful job and I have always loved this picture of us.
Why I never thought of using this photo before for our travels I don’t know, but I think it is perfect.
