Healing my health and losing weight
Monday — April 10, 2023
I had a bit of a hiccup last night and threw up, just once, but it was my whole supper and then some. I was cold and clammy and felt lightheaded and dizzy. So I haven’t felt up to par today.
I had a spell like this a couple months ago and my blood sugar was low. We remembered that event and checked my blood sugar. Sure enough it was only 73.
Rich made me eat a piece of toast. White toast was all we had left in the cupboard. He buttered it with margarine and sprinkled it lightly with cinnamon and sugar.
I ate it and felt better after a while and slept okay all night.
On the bright side — this morning I only weighed 255.6!
My legs feel better and are not as swollen and inflamed. They also don’t seem to hurt as bad. I am pretty sure that these lost pounds are water retention and inflammation.
Breakfast
My coffee this morning was just plain black, and for breakfast all I ate was a sugar free jell-o cup. After throwing up last night I didn’t feel like eating much.
