We stay home.
We sit on our own end
of the couch
you over there
with your fishing magazine
watching a show on tv
and me over here with a book
by an author you don’t know.

We stay home
where we are comfortable
in our precious silence
no need to go out
away from home
and be uncomfortable.

Let’s just stay home.

When we are not sightseeing, we like to stay home. I have always been an introvert anyway, which is probably why I am a writer. Now, we just get to take our home with us, which is wonderful! Because when we are not sightseeing, we can just stay home.

Thanks for reading. Please clap and comment if you liked it.
