I also have tinnitus and RLS. Nothing helps the ringing in my ears. For me it is a very high pitched constant ring that never stops. I have to have the humming sound of a fan as opposed to music. That way I can still think clearly about what I want to write. I have found some medication that helps my restless legs thankfully. Believe me I know the struggle.
